Artichoke Dip Recipe Easy

I think I have shared before that I am in several groups that require "bringing a dish". Sometimes I scour Pinterest and old cookbooks for new recipes, but often (mostly due to lack of time), I will stick with an easy tried and true recipe. This hot artichoke dip is one of those recipes and one that is so old, I have no clue where it came from. I have been making it from memory for as long as I can remember!! If I only had a dime for every time I have shared it. It's easy and always a crowd pleaser.

  • Ingredients:

  • Large can of artichoke hearts (drained)

  • Large jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drained)

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

  • 1 small can chopped green chilis

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (not the canister kind)

  • garlic powder to taste

  • Hot Pepper Sauce to taste

Combine artichokes and green chilis in a mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise , parmesan cheese, pepper sauce and garlic powder.

I know this picture is probably unnecessary and a bit wonky, but I wanted to show this picture of my grandmother's mixer. I have a fancy Kitchenaid Artisan Mixer, but I love using this old one. Anywho, thoroughly mix all ingredients.

Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve hot with Fritos or tortilla chips.

Do you have a variation of this recipe? If so, I would love for you to share it with me!!

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!!!
